We hope you are satisfied with your purchase at Mullanys Kilminchy Pharmacy but on occasion, we can change our mind. Whilst you are deciding, please abide by your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.  Should you decide to exchange or return your item, please find below a list of your options.

WITHIN 14 DAYS

and once you have proof of purchase, you can return purchase(s) and exchange it for items of the same value or seek a full refund (via the original method of payment) or we can give you a store credit note. The value of the exchange, refund or credit note does not include the price of delivery.

WITHIN 28 DAYS

and once you have proof of purchase you can return purchases and exchange them for items of the same value or we can give you a store credit note. The value of exchange or refund does not include the price of delivery.

Please ensure products are returned to us in perfect condition. The product(s) being returned must be unopened and unused, must not be damaged in any way and should be in their original condition (including packaging or boxed items where it forms part of the goods). Some products may not be returned - please see list below.

WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE

We cannot exchange or refund any items without an original sales receipt.

CANCELLING A PROCESSED ORDER

Should you decide to cancel an order after processing, the product costs only will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as Mullanys Kilminchy Pharmacy does not refund postal charges.

EXCHANGE/REFUNDING OF SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

If products are purchased using a discount or promotional code, in the event of a return, you will be refunded the amount you paid and not the discounted amount.

  • Medicines
  • Hampers 
  • Pierced Earrings/body jewellery
  • Sale items, clearance items or free items

We may add other items to the above list from time to time. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods. 

INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item or that your item is faulty or damaged in some way, please contact Mullanys Kilminchy Pharmacy within 48 hours of receipt of the items to report the issue on (057) 866 8945 or info@mullanyspharmacykilminchy.ie

ONLINE STORE RETURNS POLICY 

Items purchased online can be returned to Mullanys Kilminchy Pharmacy for a refund within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will be via card only, no cash refunds will be provided. Items returned must be as new, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. All returns to store must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the refund to be processed.
