CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE
How to Use Click and Collect:
- Once you have finished your online shopping and have place your item(s) in the shopping basket, proceed to checkout.
- Choose “Click and Collect” from the Delivery Options.
- When you have completed your online purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order.
- When your order is ready for collection you will receive a text/email (Please allow up to 24 hrs).
Collecting Your Order:
- You will need to present the Order Confirmation or Ready for Collection email in either printed form or digitally (phone/tablet)
- You will also be asked to confirm the email address used when the order was made.
If you misplace or delete these emails, you can locate or print off the order details from the Order History section in your account.
We will keep your order ready for collection for 5 days from the date of purchase.
After this period you will be contacted and we will either process a refund via your original method of payment or confirm a date/time for you to collect. If you are unable to collect your order for any reason please contact Mullanys Kilminchy Pharmacy to make an alternative arrangement.

If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it instore (our usual Exchange/Returns Policy will apply). In accordance with our policy, we will refund to the credit card which was used as payment through our website using the secure online payment system.
If your item(s) are not what you ordered, you can exchange it instore for the correct item, once the store has it in stock or for a similar product of equal value.
